A Rehabilitation Pilates Class that is designed for all levels of ability. Focusing on achieving wellbeing of the whole body.

It includes addressing muscle activation for those muscles have become ‘switched off‘ and have caused alignment disfunction. These classes involve Pilates, Yoga type stretches, Acupressure Massage, body scanning and guided meditations.

If you have not tried Pilates or Yoga before, I would recommend a One to One session first or contact me to discuss your current ability.

Pilates Classes Timetable

🔹 Monday’s 17:30: ‘How To Heal Your Body‘ online class
from Monday 20th September 2021

My ‘How To Heal Your Body’ online class will start on the 20th of September and will take place every Monday at 5.30pm.

In the class we will utilise my 15 years of muscular, skeletal, Pilates and Yoga/Thai Massage knowledge, to help our bodies feel more restorative and healthy. 

We will encourage and activate the cognitive pathways which connect our minds to our bodies, restoring natural energy flow and releasing any built up stress. Exploring combinations of healing methods such as self reflexology of the feet, rehabilitation pilates, self cranial massage, mindful yoga stretches, acupressure massage, strength and balance work and meditation. Each class is tailored with the view of helping us to feel rejuvenated (mentally and physically,) and to set ourselves up for the week ahead.

I will be able to carefully guide each of you in your own homes, so you do not need to worry seeing me if you have a small screen. I will also have somebody demonstrating in the studio for the times I am cueing the class. A pre- introduction (1 to 1 hourly session) is available (Online or in my therapy room in Cirencester) at a reduced cost of £40.

The weekly online classes will cost £55 for 6 sessions (pay in advance every 6 weeks). And will take place on Monday’s at 5.30pm every week, starting from the 20th of September.

🔹 Tuesdays – Coln Village Hall.

11:00  BEGINNERS PILATES CLASS –  (Pay per month £36) At Coln Valley Village Hall, Nr Cirencester. GL54 3LA

These classes are a fun, matwork based workout for BEGINNERS or MIXED ABILITY clients, using different items of exercise equipment to give the client a challenging or gentle workout for each exercise. This will help strengthen deep core postural muscles, abdominals and back muscles to stabilise the shoulder girdle and keep the head and neck in alignment.
